Our firm also has strict regulatory cyber security and data privacy requirements. We’re only about a month into our relationship with BTG, but from our very first meeting with Jim and Steve we knew we they were the right fit for us. The offices and tasting room at Boordy Vineyards are housed in a 19th century stone barn, in a rural part of northern Baltimore County where options for high speed internet are severely limited. Our business was hampered by slow internet speeds and periodic outages, and for years we have taken a “do it yourself” approach to resolving connectivity issues. As soon as we signed on with BTG, they immediately identified weak spots in our network and began taking corrective action. After just a few short weeks we are noticing a faster, more reliable network; and we have the reassurance that the BTG help desk is just a phone call away when a problem does arise.
